The Problem We Saw
We created GlobalProsEdge to bring measurement both in terms of benchmarked work-style behavioral traits so important in hiring decisions, and real-time job market signals together in one place.
Across hiring platforms and career tools, we noticed a consistent gap: Job listings were abundant, but career clarity was not.
Job seekers were expected to make high-stakes decisions with limited insight into how employers actually assess fit and how quickly market conditions shift.
As work evolved and AI began reshaping tasks within occupations, traditional signals like job titles and skills lists became less reliable. Understanding how people work, and how that aligns with changing job requirements, became increasingly important.
